Chrissy Teigen is doing what to get rid of stretch marks?!

Los Angeles - Chrissy Teigen's butt is covered in stretch marks - and she has been worried what's going to happen to stomach during pregnancy.

The 30-year-old model is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with her husband John Legend and her bump is getting bigger as her pregnancy progresses.

Chrissy has always been prone to stretch marks and her curvaceous behind and legs have the natural markings, but to stop her stomach from being scarred she's been dousing her skin in La Mer The Concentrate - which uses sea extracts to aid healing in the skin and sells for a minimum of R5379 ($340) per bottle.

Speaking to the ALLURE website, she said: "I come from a stretch mark-prone family - I have them all over my butt and inner thighs.

"Luckily, I'm with a man who could not care less about them or else I would be insecure, but during my pregnancy, it was my belly I was scared of. I knew I'd have to do something about it before I started seeing them. But La Mer The Concentrate saved my life. I'm constantly 25 minutes late to everything because my lotion regimen is that long. I put it everywhere."

Last week, Chrissy revealed she decided to choose to have a girl when she and her 37-year-old musician spouse underwent fertility treatment.

She said: "I made this decision. Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl.' I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me ... just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond."

Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!
