Los Angeles - John Legend "always finds a way" to make things better for Chrissy Teigen.
The Sports Illustrated model - who is expecting her first child, a little girl, with the All of Me hitmaker - posted a sweet tribute to the singer on his 37th birthday.
She wrote on Instagram: "Another year with you has flown by and I am so proud of what you've accomplished. Every year, I wonder how things can even get better but you always find a way.
"Happy *37th* birthday to the most wonderful, hard-working, loving being I, and anyone who has ever met you, have ever known. We love you, my handsome old man. Also I'm sorry I thought you were 37 all year. (sic)"
The 30-year-old star and her beau are looking forward to welcoming their little girl soon and John thinks they'll make great parents.
He said: "I really hope we'll be good parents! I hope our child will be kind and smart and awesome in every way. Hopefully we'll do the best job we can.
"It is pretty exciting that I'll have a little child running around that is the product of the love that Chrissy and I have for each other."
