Duchess Kate and Drew Barrymore snapped wearing the same dress

Cape Town – Who knew that two completely different women, worlds apart would have the same taste in a beautiful Tory Burch gown on the exact same night.

As The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge conclude their weeklong international trip Duchess Kate wore a beautiful floral mesh gown, intricately embroided with elaborate colours for a dinner with the King and Queen of Bhutan on Thursday night.

Surprisingly enough, a Hollywood star wore the exact same dress on the exact same night, on the other side of the world.

Drew Barrymore donned the beautiful Tory Burch gown to the ASPCA 19th Annual Bergh Ball in New York.

The Charlie's Angels actress kept it simple while Kate paired the gown with an orange shawl and black sandals. 

Both looked absolutely stunning.

Floral Mesh Gown

The gown Kate and Drew chose to wear is a floral mesh gown designed by American designer, Tory Burch.

The gown described as a "vintage-inspired design, is embroidered with lustrous jewel-toned flowers, worked into graphic horizontal stripes. The pattern creates beautiful highs and lows in the fabric, lending a multi-dimensional quality to the look."
