Here’s how Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole chose baby Bear’s name

Cape Town – What’s in a name? Well, according to Liam Payne it’s got to be something that “when you leave the room, you won’t forget.”

The former One Direction member opened up on why he and girlfriend, Cheryl Cole decided to name their son Bear.

The couple’s bundle of joy arrived on Wednesday, 22 March but according to reports it took the couple of weeks before they finally settled on the perfect moniker for the tiny tot.

During a radio interview with Total Access Liam revealed that at first, he wasn’t entirely sold on the “unusual name” and he wanted something more traditional.

But after agreeing to it, he can’t see his son having any other name.
