Los Angeles - Ben Affleck has defended Jennifer Garner's decision to give an interview about their marriage split.
The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice actor doesn't have a problem with his ex talking about the breakdown of their marriage and insisted the pair are still on great terms, despite her recent interview with Vanity Fair.
He told the New York Times: "She felt like she wanted to discuss it and get it out there and get it over with so she could say, 'Look, I already talked about it - I don't want to do it again. It's fine, She's allowed to talk about it.
"Jen's great. She's a great person. We're on great terms. I just saw her this morning, so that's the reality that I live in."
While it has been claimed that Ben's infidelity broke up their marriage, something Jennifer denied in her interview, the actor isn't letting the reports bother him.
During the Golden Globe Awards, host Ricky Gervais, introduced Ben's best friend Matt Damon as "the only person who Ben Affleck hasn't been unfaithful t"' but Ben did not have a problem with the gag.
He said: "It's the way Ricky Gervais perceives me, I suppose. Whatever. I've had jokes made at my expense before. It's part of the deal."
