Is Miley Cyrus changing her ways to become a housewife?

Los Angeles - Miley Cyrus has turned her back on her party-loving friends. Yes, that means no more outrageous onstage performances and wildly sexy outfits. Miley is swopping her tongue wagging and twerking for an apron and cookbook.

Whatever she's doing, Miley is going to great strengths to mellow out her image and save her relationship.

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker reunited with former fiancé Liam Hemsworth earlier this year - over three years after they split - and is keen to prove she has changed and put her wild ways behind her.

A source said: "She either doesn't answer their calls or says she's not going out. Liam never liked that she got crazy, so Miley's making big changes. She doesn't want to screw it up."

Instead, the 23-year-old beauty is spending most of her time at the Hunger Games actor's Malibu home, doing everything she can for him to be comfortable. The source told Us Weekly magazine: ''She has been cooking and cleaning for Liam, waiting on him hand and foot.

"She wants to make sure she keeps him."

Despite their problems in the past, Miley and Liam, 26, are confident their relationship will last this time around. The source said: ''They know what they have is real. Miley needed some time to grow up, but she feels ready for this now.''

It was recently claimed that after getting back together, the couple - who split in September 2013 after three years together - are also planning to marry again, but there was no big proposal from Liam.

A source said: "It's true, the engagement is back on. It's been a whirlwind but they're both totally in love with each other and decided to pick up where they left off.

"There was no big proposal this time, they just talked about it and Miley decided to put the ring back on.

"She's told friends that she feels as if she's come full circle."

But is Miley trying too hard? InTouch suggests her attempts may backfire as a source explains that Liam's mind may not be in this relationship as much as hers.
