Cape Town – Jake Gyllenhaal is the new face of Calvin Klein’s worldwide campaign for their fragrance Eternity.
For his part in the ad, the 36-year-old takes on a role he has enthusiastically spoken openly about in the past – a husband and a dad.
In a recent interview with People magazine the Stronger actor opened up about wanting to start a family of his own.
"I want to continue becoming more of an adult than I already am... Hopefully with a family of my own."
In the black and white ad - taken by acclaimed photographer Willy Vanderperre - Jake can be seen cradling his family played by model and advocate Liya Kebede and 4-year-old actress, Leila.

In a statement, shared on Us Weekly, Calvin Klein announced that the still ad is only a taste of what’s to come.
“Jake, Liya and Leila will also be featured in the new Eternity Calvin Klein television campaign, debuting later this month, which will focus on Eternity Calvin Klein’s longstanding ideas of romance, love, intimacy and commitment.”
Well if the TV ad is anything like the still ad, we can’t wait to see it!
