Cape Town – Kendall and Kylie Jenner landed in hot water on Thursday after releasing “vintage” T-shirts as part of their Kendall + Kylie brand.
The T-shirts include images of famous musicians such as Ozzy Osbourne, Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G covered with an image of Kendall or Kylie.
The sisters began selling the shirts online on Wednesday for $125 however sales of the shirts were halted and removed from their website after Sharon Osbourne and Voletta Wallace, the mother of the late Notorious B.I.G, called them out on social media for being disrespectful.
Alongside an image of a huge red X through the shirt featuring her rap legend son overshadowed by Kendall’s face, Voletta wrote: “The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me. I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt.”

Voletta and Sharon were not the only people to complain about the T-shirts, prompting both Kendall and Kylie to issue an apology on Twitter.
In the statement the 21 and 19-year-old confess that the designs “were not thought out” and apologised to anyone they may have “upset and/or offended, especially to the family of the artists.”
The apology also noted that Kendall and Kylie will use the mistake they made as an opportunity to learn from.
