Khloe Kardashian included Lamar Odom in her Christmas celebrations

Los Angeles - Khloe Kardashian has been spending time with Lamar Odom over the festive period.

The basketball star is currently recovering in hospital after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel in October following a suspected alcohol and drugs binge and his estranged wife Khloe is a constant presence by his bedside at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Khloe - who spent Christmas with her family in Calabasas - paid a visit to Lamar on Saturday.

Khloe put their divorce on hold in order to continue making medical decisions for Lamar and although she has insisted that Lamar still has a long way to go, she is confident he'll recover with time and the right care.

She said previously: "His kidneys are recovered and all of his organs are pretty much recovered. It's more his brain is still affected and physically he has to learn how to walk again and he is learning how to feed himself again.

"All those normal things we take for granted every day and it's a really long road and it's going to take a long time."
