Cape Town - Kim Kardashian has said that four kids would be more than enough for her!

Though the Keeping up with the Kardashians star previously expressed the desire to have a family like the Brady Bunch (a fictional TV family of 6 kids), she recently revealed in her new Elle cover story that she’d only be able to handle one more little one.

In the interview, when asked whether she’d want another baby, the 37-year-old was unsure.

"I dunno. My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way," says Kim.

But the business mogul did say that there’s room for one more. "I don’t think I could handle more than that," she says.

"My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids."

Kim opted for a surrogate last year after she was diagnosed with placenta accreta – a serious condition that occurs in pregnancy when blood vessels and other parts of the placenta grow too deeply into the uterine wall, according to the Mayo Clinic.

"After giving birth your placenta is supposed to come out, but mine was stuck.

"That's what women usually die from in childbirth – you haemorrhage and bleed to death and they can't stop it.

"To get [the placenta] out – it's so disgusting – the doctor had to stick his whole arm in me and scrape it off. It was the most painful. To this day, if you mention it to [Kris Jenner], she'll cry. It was traumatic."

Kim and Kanye welcomed their baby Chicago, who’s an adorable younger sister to North (4) and Saint (2) in January, reported Harpers Bazaar.

The overjoyed parents were both present in the delivery room when the surrogate Lorena, who appeared on the season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians, gave birth.

According to E! News, Kim had skin-to-skin contact with her newborn before anyone else did.

"Both Kim and Kanye were in the delivery room," a source close to the family told E! "Kim witnessed the birth and had first skin-to-skin contact when she was born. Kanye was waiting behind a curtain in the room and held her immediately after Kim did."
