Cape Town – Kim Kardashian West has opened up about expecting her third child via a surrogate.
ICYMI, the reality TV star is expecting her third child with Kanye West and had to hire a surrogate to carry the child due to her struggle with placenta accreta in her previous pregnancies.
The 37-year-old confirmed she was expecting her third child via a surrogate in a promo for the latest season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, released in September.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Kim revealed that while some may think using a surrogate is the “easy way out” it’s the total opposite.
She explained: “Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control.”
Kim added that daughter, North and son, Saint are excited for their little brother or sister.
“They are excited. I think my son, I don't know how he is going to react because he doesn't get it yet, but my daughter is really excited.”
