Kris Jenner crash leaves Prius driver homeless

Los Angeles - The driver of the Prius that crashed into Kris Jenner's Rolls-Royce is believed to have lived inside his car.

Jack Way is said to be homeless after his motor was destroyed when he reportedly ran a red light near the 60-year-old momager's home in Calabasas, Los Angeles, last week.

The aspiring actor-and-model has told TMZ that he is having to ask his friends if he can stay with them because he's unable to pay for a new car as he doesn't have driver's insurance.

However, Jack is now believed to have hired a top lawyer called Larry H. Parker to represent him.

It comes after he admitted he wouldn't stand a chance against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star in a legal battle.

At the time, he told a TMZ photographer that he would require legal help to advise him on his next step.

However, he's worried about Kris' wealth and fame standing her a better chance of winning a legal dispute.

According to the website, Jack has a lot of respect for the reality star, despite cutting her up on the 101 freeway in Calabasas.

Kris is sore but fine

Meanwhile, despite initial reports that Kris had broken her wrist in the collision, she insisted she was fine.

She said: "I'm feeling really blessed. Just sore and shaken."

The brunette beauty was showered with flowers and gifts from her family.
