Kris Jenner dedicates sombre message to her family after Kim's attack

Los Angeles - Kris Jenner has broken her silence following Kim Kardashian West's robbery.

The 60-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Monday to share a sombre message which hints at the ordeal that her 35-year-old daughter was subject to last week after she was robbed at gunpoint by five armed men.

The post read: "Every morning is a reminder of how blessed we are. Today I am grateful for my family, who I love more than words can explain. Count your blessings, be grateful always, and cherish every moment you spend with your loved ones."

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star then captioned the photo with: "#blessed #family #love #grateful (sic)"

Although the momager has posted on Instagram twice since the events of Kim's robbery - once to send her thoughts to Haiti in the wake of Hurricane Matthew, and once to promote daughter Kylie Jenner's new lip kit - this marks the first post she has made on the subject of Kim.
