Louis Tomlinson preparing for custody battle

Los Angeles - Louis Tomlinson is reportedly preparing for a custody battle.

The One Direction hunk is said to be planning to seek a court order forcing former lover Briana Jungwirth into giving him custodial rights, including significant access to their four-week-old son Freddie Reign, because she allegedly hasn't been letting him see the tot.

Sources told website TMZ that Briana has "gotten greedy" and has been demanding more money, using the tot to land a better deal.

The 24-year-old singer has already given the stylist a three-bedroom home in Calabasas, California, and is renting his own lavish abode nearby in order to be close to his son.

The History singer hasn't had a DNA test to prove paternity, but insists there is no doubt he is Freddie's father and he and Briana were dating exclusively when she got pregnant.

Louis flew back to the UK this week to attend the BRIT Awards in London and admitted it was hard being so far away from his little boy for the first time.

He said: "I'm still getting used to it. It's my first time away from him so I miss him, obviously, but it's cool. I do get Father's Day now."
