Cape Town – Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have welcomed another baby girl.
Alongside a photo of the proud new parents and their 1-year-old daughter Max with newborn August, Mark and Priscilla introduced their baby girl to the world.
Much like when Max was born, the couple wrote August a letter about the world they hope she will grow up in.
“Welcome to the world! Your mom and I are so excited to see who you will become.
“When your sister was born, we wrote a letter about the world we hoped she and now you will grow up in.”
The letter then begins to list the things Mark and Priscilla hope their daughter will experience, which includes: “A world with better education, fewer diseases, stronger communities, and greater equality.”
The letter then states that while their emphasis in Max’s letter was growing up, they now want to put emphasis on childhood.
“Childhood is magical. You only get to be a child once, so don't spend it worrying too much about the future. You've got us for that, and we'll do everything we possibly can to make sure the world is a better place for you and all children in your generation.”
