Cape Town – Jack Parow stopped by News24 live to chat about Movember, but his super-cool moustache wasn’t the only topic up for conversation.

In keeping with Movember’s "Move" theme for 2015 the South African rapper revealed how he lost 25kg in 4 months!

Parow reveals a celebrity boxing match got him active and has kept him moving towards a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
