Prince Harry braves stormy weather to greet fans

Cape Town – Prince Harry was soaked from head-to-toe after greeting members of the public in the pouring rain.

The British royal is on an official trip to Sydney, Australia for the launch of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018. The fourth Invictus Games will be held in Sydney from 20 to 27 October, 2018 and will include over 500 competitors from 17 nations competing in 10 adaptive sports events.

Harry was welcomed to the city in New South Wales by pouring rain but took the time to greet those who waited, wet and cold, to catch a glimpse of him.

The hunky royal sailed into Campbells Cove on a boat where he was taken to the city centre of Sydney.

Amongst those waiting in the crowd was Daphne Dunne, a 97-year-old woman Harry had met on a previous visit to the city.
