Cape Town - Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend says their family is now “complete and happier than ever” after she gave birth to their daughter on Sunday.
Sharing a photo on Instagram of herself dressed in a white silk robe and cradling her newborn, Georgina Rodriguez (22) wrote in Spanish, “Alana Martina was born on 11-12-17.”
“Being a mother and caring for the children at home for all of this time has helped me experience a supreme happiness and now with the arrival of Alana Martina, we are now complete, and happier than ever.”
Ronaldo (32) announced the birth of his daughter via an Instagram snap from Georgina’s hospital bed, showing him and his seven-year-old son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr looking on proudly.
The Real Madrid star’s brood now stands at four, but Alana is his first child with an official girlfriend.
His son as well as his twins, Eva Maria and Mateo, who he welcomed in June, were all born via a US surrogate.
According to Metro UK, the soccer legend has previously described being a father as “a unique and personal journey, something that has changed me completely.”
