Los Angeles - Ryan Reynolds has wished his daughter a happy birthday.
The Deadpool star took to Twitter on Wednesday to write a sweet message to his "baby girl" James - who he has with wife Blake Lively - and confirmed the little one's actual birth date.
He wrote: "Happy birthday to my baby girl! Sad I lost my virginity. But thankful I have a daughter. (sic)"
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old actor previously admitted fatherhood has given him a new purpose in life.
He shared: "Not unlike most people, I've found there is something of a relief to it, that you're not the centre of your own universe any more and there's something nice about how trivial all those other little things you used to lay awake at night worrying about become.
"I think there's something beautiful about that, and that's not something I was expecting."
And Ryan also insisted he wants his little girl to live a normal life despite his celebrity status.
He added: "I'm not going to hide in my apartment because I'm worried that someone may take a picture of my baby.
"I want to experience life, I want my kids to have the same experiences I did. I want them to be outdoors, to experience the world and all the wondrous moments and bullshit I did."
