Selena – who split from The Weeknd in October – and Justin ended their on again/off again relationship in 2014, but in recent months have sparked rumours that they’re back on.

“I’m 25. I’m not 18, or 19, or 20. I cherish people who have really impacted my life. So maybe before, it could have been forcing something that wasn't right. But that doesn't mean caring for someone ever goes away,” the 25-year-old explained to Billboard’s Brooke Mazurek.

Referring to Justin Bieber as well as fellow Disney stars including Demi Lovato, the Jonas brothers and Miley Cyrus, Selena continued to explain that she grew up with all these people and loves to see how everyone has grown.

“I grew up with all of these people, and it’s so cool to see where everybody is. It comes back to the idea of me remaining full.”

This cover interview comes before the Fetish hitmaker dedicated her Woman of the Year award to Francia Raísa, who gave her one of her kidneys.

In her speech, a tearful Selena said: “To be honest, I think Francia should be getting this award. She saved my life.”
