Cape Town – Sofia Vergara is the cover star of the first ever global naked issue of Women’s Health magazine and she looks absolutely stunning.
The 45-year-old striped down for the issue and proudly so! Chatting to WH’s Lori Majewski Sofia confidently admits she is proud to be able to show off her body at her age.

"Here's a woman, 45, being able to show her body. It's not like before, when it was just young girls."
She added that, to her, being naked is "powerful, sensual and fun."
The Columbian beauty has never been one to pounce around naked, according to the magazine she has never skinny dipped, watched TV in the nude or even cooked nude in the comfort of her own home, but she maintains that she has always been body confident.
"I’ve always felt comfortable with my own body. You know I’m Latin so we grew up going to the beach in a g-string."
Sofia adds that she remembers doing sexy calendar shoots before Photoshop even existed. That said, the Modern Family actress acknowledges that time passes and no matter how well you take care of yourself, people age.
"We all age and you have to embrace it."
