Stop dreaming because Milo Ventimiglia will never return to Instagram!

Cape Town – Milo Ventimiglia will never return to Instagram after quitting it over 4 years ago.

The This Is Us actor, who you may also recognise from the good old Gilmore Girls days, revealed in an interview with Associated Press that he doesn’t plan on returning anytime soon because Instagram isn’t what it used to be.

He explained: "I got into Instagram because I’d always been into photography..."

Milo then added: "Instagram started as a collective group of photographers and artists, to just kind of share their work and their lives. And at a certain point, after doing it for three years, I saw it change into, nobody was looking at the photos, they were asking me about my acting jobs, and I kind of went, ‘Oh man.’"

Milo told AP he made the decision to stop sharing because the social media site had lost what he loved about it, from a photographer’s perspective.

The 39-year-old’s last Instagram post was of a view of city lights. He shared the snap on 11 January 2013 with the caption: “Finito.”

An interesting fact about his last post is that he planned to stop with 1200 photos on his profile, which is what he did, however if you look there are only 1199.

This is because over time, Instagram found a photo Milo had shared offensive and removed it. He still has no idea what photo it was.
