London — Susan Boyle's spokesperson says the singer is at home and fine after an incident involving the police at London's Heathrow Airport.
British media reported that the I Dreamed a Dream singer was led away by officers after creating a disturbance at the airport on Monday.
London's Metropolitan Police said officers were called "around 13:20 (12:20 GMT) on Monday to a lounge in Terminal 5, Heathrow to reports of a distressed woman. Officers attended and spoke with the woman".
Spokesperson Nicola Phillips said Boyle was at home in Scotland on Tuesday and "she is fine".
The 55-year-old singer was diagnosed with Asperger's a few years ago, and Phillips said the syndrome had "a huge part to play in the situation".
