The Kardashians pay tribute to their Armenian heritage

Los Angeles - Khloé Kardashian paid tribute to Armenia.

The Kocktails with Khloé host - whose late father Robert Kardashian was one third Armenian - took to social media on Sunday to commemorate the 101 year anniversary since the Armenian genocide, with a photo of her and sister Kim Kardashian West, 35, on their family trip to the country last year.

The 31-year-old TV personality's Instagram post read: "Last year Kim, Kanye, my cousins, crew and I were able to visit Armenia for the first time and it was a life changing experience. Memories I will keep with me forever! 1.5 million lost souls the blood doesn't lie.

The Strong Looks Better Naked author took to Twitter to pay further respect to the nation and other war-torn countries.
