Watch a video of Adele telling a fan to stop taking a video of her

Cape Town – If you ever find yourself at an Adele concert don’t film it with your video camera!

The Hello hitmaker put everything into perspective when she paused her show to kindly ask a woman in the audience to stop filming with her video camera.

Adele said to the screaming crowd: "I wanna tell that lady as well, can you stop filming me with the video camera because I’m really here in real life. You can enjoy it in real life rather than through your camera."

She then asks the woman in the audience, "Can you take you’re tripod down?"

She adds: "This isn’t a DVD, this is a real show and I’d really like you to enjoy my show because there’s lots of people outside that couldn’t come in."

Unfortunately for Adele and society, technology has become our lens and let’s be honest, we’d all pull out our video camera if we were watching Adele live!

*Side note: Yes it is pretty ironic watching a video of Adele telling someone to stop taking a video of here.
