Los Angeles - Blake Shelton was honoured with one of CMT's Artists of the Year awards for 2015 and dedicated his award to the crazy and awesome year he has had.
This includes his divorce form Miranda Lambert in July as well as his hot new romance with Gwen Stefani.
Blake said in his acceptance speech: "I want to say that this has been a crazy year, from the way it started to how it's ending so awesome for me. So thank y'all. This is a great way to end it for me. Thank you so much."
Meanwhile, Blake couldn't contain his feelings for for Gwen earlier this week
The 39-year-old singer recently began dating his fellow The Voice coach - who split from husband Gavin Rossdale in August - and said he has "tons of reasons" to be grateful she's in his life.
He said: "I'm thankful for Gwen for tons of reasons, but mostly because she makes us all look a whole lot better on this show."
The 46-year-old beauty sang new single Used to Love You on The Voice on Monday night and the Sangria singer - who separated from wife Miranda Lambert earlier this year - was in awe of the stunning white gown she donned for the performance.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight before the episode of the talent show aired on NBC, he gushed: "Wait til you see! I saw what she's going to be wearing for this performance tonight, it's stunning. It's so beautiful."
