WATCH: Mariah Carey just got real AF about JLo and Nicki Minaj!

Los Angeles – Mariah Carey appeared on Watch What Happens Live to promote her new reality series but ended up addressing two very real issues.

The Hero singer’s interview is one for the books and it's not just because she was the first celeb to sit in host Andy Cohen's chair because it showed off her "good side".

Here’s what Mariah had to say about Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj:

1. “I don’t know her!”

Mariah recently claimed she “doesn't know” who the Jennifer Lopez is, in an echo of comments she originally made 10 years ago, but her chart rival insisted they had met “many times” and Mariah must just be “forgetful”.

However, the 46-year-old singer insists her remarks were misunderstood and shouldn't have turned into a “big deal”.

She said: “That was so long ago, I can't believe people make such a big deal out of it.”

When asked if they know each other, she said "no" and added: “You know what? I'm very forgetful. Apparently, I'm forgetful because I don't remember the fact that it was just like, 'Hi, I'm so and so. And then move on, and then 'Hi' and that's it.”

But Mariah's silence spoke volumes when she was asked if she thought J.Lo “seemed cool”.

She paused then replied: “I don't know her, what am I supposed to say?

“I'm not going to put on a thing going 'Oh we're all Hollywood and let's just pretend we're all best friends because we're in that land. It's no offense to anybody.”

2. “Can you say three nice things about Nicki Minaj?”

The Fantasy hitmaker also blasted Nicki Minaj, who she famously had a frosty relationship with when they appeared on the American Idol judging panel in 2013.

Asked to reveal “three nice things” about the hitmaker, she paused before turning the question on the presenter, replying simply “Can you?”

She added: “I’ve always felt it was more important with that situation to stay above the fray because you just want to move it along.”
