We need to talk about Kim Kardashian West’s latest outfit choice

Cape Town – Kim Kardashian West is probably one of the most fashion forward celebs of the 21st century but sometimes we don’t understand why.

The reality TV star’s latest fashion statement definitely made us tilt our heads but if you’ve got it flaunt it, right?

Kim was spotted parading around New York dressed in plastic knee-high boots, denim shorts, a see-through blue bra and a Pablo denim jacket.
