Cape Town – The Duchess of Cambridge has made her first public appearance since announcing she and Prince William are expecting their third child together.
Duchess Catherine attended a royal reception at Buckingham Palace along with William and Prince Harry in honour of World Mental Health Day.
The palace welcomed guests to thank them for their work in the mental health sector and for supporting Heads Together, a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
Catherine wore a baby blue dress by Temperley matched with black stilettos.
The mother-of-two has remained out of the public eye since announcing her pregnancy in August. She suffers from Hyperemesis Gravidarum - a severe form of morning sickness.
