Andrew Thompson's Best Roles

Young South African actor Andrew Thompson committed suicide on Friday March 9. He was 26.

Thompson played roles in many South African films and theatre productions. At the time of his death he was working on the upcoming Boer War film, Verraaiers.

He was also nominated for a Safta this year for his role as Hein in Roepman, a film adaptation of the Jan van Tonder novel of the same name.

We take a look at some of his best-loved movies.

Roepman
