A series of clips from the highly anticipated new Twilight film Breaking Dawn Part 1 have been released in order to give fans a taste of what’s to come when the vampire romance releases in cinemas later this month.

The clips offer fans a sneak peek of the first half of the final instalment in the Twilight saga Breaking Dawn – which is set to be released in two parts. The first part opens on November 14 in South Africa.

The first clip shows snippets of human girl Bella Swan’s (played by Kristen Stewart) wedding to her dashing vampire love interest Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). The clip focuses on the moment the couple say their vows at their much-anticipated wedding ceremony.

In the second clip, the couple are enjoying post-wedding bliss when Bella reveals to Edward that her period is late. Something - or rather someone - is brewing...

The next clip features a tense conversation between Bella's werewolf admirer Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and the heads of the Cullen family - Carlisle and Esme. Why would Bella need "more blood"?

* The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 releases in SA cinemas on November 16, with midnight screenings planned at selected cinemas.
