Subtitled movie nightmare

Hallo there.

My worst experience in a cinema was at Cinema Nouveau in Cape Town. An elderly couple were seated next to me and the man forgot his glasses at home and couldn't read the subtitles of a French film.

His wife had to read for him and her sight wasn't so good either as she got some words wrong or was too slow to read. In the end, I had to watch the film, read subtitles and listen to the lady reading them out loud for her husband.

I can't even remember the name of the film as I was so distracted that I broke my golden cinema rule not to leave halfway through the film.
