4 new flicks showing in local cinemas this weekend

Cape Town – There's no better way to kick off the weekend than to catch one of the new movies opening in local cinemas.

Idris Elba and Kate Winslet find love in a hopeless place in a survivalist romance, a student is forced to live her death over and over in a slasher horror, Gerard Butler tries to save the world from disaster and Madea is back for a second round of Halloween silliness.

Here are the 4 new movies releasing SA cinemas:

Short review: Classic slasher with a side of comedy, Happy Death Day is nothing unique but it’s a guaranteed fun night out.
