5 of Roger Moore’s most iconic roles

Cape Town – British actor, Sir Roger Moore died on Tuesday in Switzerland, following a short battle with cancer.

The 89-year-old became a household name when he played international man of mystery James Bond in the film, Live and Let Die.

Moore reprised his role as Bond in The Man with the Golden Gun (1974); The Spy Who Loved Me (1977); Moonraker (1979); For Your Eyes Only (1981); Octopussy (1983) and A View to a Kill (1985). 

All of his films as 007 are some of the best ever made, but here’s a look at five of Roger Moore’s most iconic roles outside of James Bond.
