Brendan Fraser sued by film producer

Los Angeles - Brendan Fraser is being sued after he allegedly unleashed two physical attacks on a movie producer.

Todd Moyer is working on The Legend of William Tell with the actor - a film that has been in the works since 2011.

In his lawsuit, Todd claims that the first incident took place at the Hilton Hotel in Indianapolis on 27 July 2011, when an "intoxicated" Brendan began to "physically push, verbally threaten and poke (Moyer) in the chest repeatedly".

The prosecutor does not specify what led to the alleged attack however it continues to explain that a second incident took place six months later.

Brendan is said to have struck his colleague again, this time during a meeting about the motion picture at the offices of Brillstein Entertainment Partners earlier this year.

Suffered extreme mental anguish

According to Todd, Brendan demanded that he hire a producer named Charlotte Huggins but the producer refused.

Apparently it prompted The Mummy actor to scream threats and strike Todd in the chest at least 20 times.

The producer said he suffered extreme mental anguish and physical pain and wants at least $25 000 in damages.

The lawsuit comes after Brendan sued Todd in May, claiming he has ruined the film and caused delays that forced Brendan to miss out on other work.

Brendan is demanding more than $3m in damages in the ongoing case.
