Cape Town – The crime thriller Nommer 37 debuts at the kykNet Silwerskerm Festival on Friday 29 August.

Irishaad Ally, best known for his role in Four Corners, plays Randall Hendricks, a paraplegic stuck in his apartment.

Growing up on the Cape Flats as a child thief, Randall found himself in the middle of a gangster rival war that left him lame.

Depressed about his situation and sinking slowly into financial debt, he spends his days in his flat watching his neighbours through a pair of binoculars.

One day he witnesses a powerful gangster commit murder and embarks on a path of blackmail.

Filled with twists, turns and suspense this is a wild ride filled with action and fear that will have you sitting at the edge of your seat.
