It's been confirmed! Chris Pratt and his dinosaurs will be back for more!

Cape Town – Jurassic World fans and Chris Pratt fans we have some great news!

Universal Pictures has announced that the sequel to the third highest grossing movie of all time will be released on Friday, 22 June 2018.

Chris Pratt will return as the alpha and so will leading lady Bryce Dallas Howard.

Colin Trevorrow returns as the director and Steven Spielberg will be the executive director.

During a Jurassic Cast podcast Colin revealed a bit more about the upcoming sequels.

What we do know is that the sequel will not be called Jurassic World 2, we also know that three more movies are on the cards.

He promised that the sequels will break the franchise mold – so no more running from dinosaurs on an island.

Chris and Dallas will return but their characters have changed as a result of their experiences from the first movie.
