Los Angeles - Owen Wilson has confirmed there is a "really good script" for Zoolander 2.
The 42-year-old actor - who starred alongside Ben Stiller in the 2001 comedy about a male model fighting against an evil fashion mogul who wants to kill the Prime Minister of Malaysia - has revealed the movie is likely to go into production soon.
Asked about what it is like working with Ben on new movie Little Fockers, he said: "I just saw him now and we're talking about doing another Zoolander movie."
Questioned if it would be soon, he said: "I think so. I think there's a really good script and I think we're going to do it."
In November, studio Viacom revealed the sequel to the first movie - which took in $60m worldwide - would be coming "sooner rather than later".
Owen revealed last week that the movie would see him reprise the "Hansel swagger" his character was known for.
He said: "The thing about Hansel is he can't ever imagine himself, so even if he isn't the number one guy, I think he still carries himself as if. He'll still have that Hansel swagger."
