Robert Pattinson's 'incredible' sex scene

Los Angeles - Robert Pattinson says his sex scene in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is "incredible".

The actor - who hit out earlier this week after stills from the scene were leaked on the internet - praised the way director Bill Condon crafted the intimate moment between his vampire character Edward Cullen and his mortal lover Bella Swann while staying within the guidelines necessary to retain the movie's PG-13 rating.

Robert - who is dating Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella - told MTV News: "It's kind of incredible. I saw a prelim of it. Bill has really, really good ideas for it.

"We had some really interesting ideas about it. It's kind of interesting, as well, having to do it in the context of PG-13.

"You can't do blatant. That's all been done in other stuff anyway, like saying, 'You just do it really, really fast!' "

Playing Twister

Robert previously claimed filming sex scenes is similar to playing body-contorting game Twister.

He said: "It's always awkward, in a way, doing it with anybody. But at the same time, it really depends on how it's staged and stuff. It's like doing Twister."

Hardcore saga

The British star has previously joked about how hardcore the sex scenes will be.

He said: "Bella becomes a vampire in this movie. We get married and sleep together. I haven't read the script yet but I'm sure it'll be good.

"I'm wondering how they will be able to translate this on screen. We'll end up with an R-rated movie. Can you imagine if we decided to go in and turn Twilight into a hardcore saga for adults with sex scenes and everything?"
