Sam Worthington won't work with horses

Los Angeles - Sam Worthington refuses to take part in any stunts that involve horses.

The Wrath of the Titans actor was happy to take on most of the physical scenes in the movie but admitted he drew the line at working with his character Perseus' mythical steed Pegasus because he can't deal with the animals.

'I don't deal well'

He told Collider: "We had two horses playing Pegasus, one of them actually died.

"I'm not very good with horses though, all the horse stuff isn't me, it's the only stuff I won't do because I don't deal well with them."

The most physically demanding scenes Sam had to film were those involving the terrifying Minotaur - a mythical half-man, half-beast - because it involved a rotating set and huge monster.

He said: "Detailing each action scene so they're not just about me taking on a monster is tough. But the most challenging scenes to film were the ones which show the fight with the Minotour. We had a set that moved and the guy was huge so it was tough and my body took a beating."
