West Chester, Pennsylvania - Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera joined hundreds others at a private memorial service on Wednesday to honour their friend and co-star Ryan Dunn, who died in a fiery car crash in the early hours of Monday morning.
The service was held at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith and Boyd funeral home and comes ahead of a full funeral, which is set to be held later this week.
Margera was joined by his parents April and Phil, and wife Melissa Rothstein. Also in attendance was It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia comics Glenn Howerton and Rob McElhenney.
Described as "a celebration of Dunn's life", the service lasted more than four hours. Earlier this week, Margera admitted he was struggling to cope with the death of his best friend as he broke down in tears before reporters at the site of the crash.
The memorial took place just as toxicology reports confirmed that the 34-year-old stuntman was more than twice over the legal limit when he crashed his 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, killing himself and passenger Zachary Hartwell.
West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll added that the toxicology report from the Chester County Coroner's Office indicated there were 'no drugs of abuse detected'.
Dunn, 34, had been in a bar with friends in the hours before the crash. He is said to have drunk three beers and taken shots before getting behind the wheel shortly after 02:00 on Monday morning.
Police said he was driving at around 212km/h and 225km/h in a 90km/h zone when his Porsche 911 flew off the road and burst into flames.
Carroll, who was involved in the accident reconstruction, described it as the worst crash he had ever seen.
