Cape Town – South Africa’s latest romantic comedy, Konfetti hits cinemas next weekend.

Written by Louw Venter and directed by Zaheer Goodman-Bhyat, Konfetti stars a host of top local talent including Louw Venter, Nico Panagio, Casey B Dolan, Kim Engelbrecht and Casper De Vries.  

The film has already earned international interest, Casey B Dolan has been nominated at the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival in the category "Best Actress".

Based on Venter’s play, The Best Man’s Speech, the story is about a couple getting married and a good intentioned best man who tries to give them the wedding of the year. Things don’t run smoothly for the best man as he encounters family drama, cultural differences and all the stress that comes with a big wedding production.

After chatting to the lead actors Casey B Dolan and Nico Pangio we’ve decided that this is a movie so mal you cannot miss it.
