Los Angeles - Anne Hathaway would love a Catwoman spin-off movie.
The 22-year-old actress starred as Selina Kyle / Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises and revealed she would jump at the chance to reprise the role.
In a chat with Variety, she said: "I loved that character and I had such a blast playing her. I'm not sure how it would work because I think the Chris Nolan chapter of the Batman story has been wrapped up and I'm part of that, but I love the DC Universe and it would be fun to take a trip back."
And while Anne would love to play Catwoman again, she is open to another actress taking over from her in the iconic role, which has also been played by Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry.
She said: "It sort of goes with the territory when you accept it and receive it from the last Catwoman. I was shown such generosity from Halle and from Michelle, and so I would do that the next time as well."
While Anne is interested in a spin-off, she could potentially star in Ben Affleck's forthcoming standalone Batman project, which he will star in and direct.
