Channel24 to cover Chris Hemsworth movie premiere live from London

2015-11-26 11:05

London – Channel24, South Africa’s largest entertainment news website, will be travelling to London to attend the European premiere of the film, In The Heart of the Sea.

The historical adventure thriller, starring Chris Hemsworth, is based on the 1820 event in which a whaling ship was preyed upon by a sperm whale, stranding its crew at sea for 90 days, thousands of miles from home.

Channel24 will be bringing South Africans live coverage from the glitzy red carpet event in Leicester Square alongside other countries such as Italy, Russia, Germany, Israel and Poland.

The trip, which kicks off on Sunday, will also include sit-down interviews with the star-studded cast of the epic film.

This isn’t the first time the local entertainment news website has rubbed shoulders with Hollywood elite. In 2014 Channel24 had one-on-one interviews with the cast of Horrible Bosses 2 which included Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman.
