Ellen pushes tight-lipped Laura Dern for deets on Star Wars

Cape Town – Laura Dern has been tight lipped about her role in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. 

Earlier this year the only thing the Big Little Lies actress would say about her experience was that she "had the time of her life."

On Wednesday she shared a first look image of her character on Instagram.

The Emmy winner will be playing the leader of the resistance Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo and appeared on The Ellen Show to 'kinda' talk about her role. 

While she didn’t reveal any spoilers about the film she did relate some of her experiences during filming and working alongside Carrie Fisher.
