Hilarious local crime caper hits the big screen this summer

Cape Town – The award-winning local crime caper Vuil Wasgoed makes its way onto the big screen this summer. 

It won five awards at the 2017 edition of the Silwerskerm Festival. 

Based on the successful 2014 short film the full length feature film will expand on the events that involve two cleaning clerks at a laundromat, Wim (Bouwer Bosch) and Kevin (Bennie Fourie).

A mysterious man brings in a suit that Kevin immediately likes. He decides to wear it out to a party and discovers a dismembered finger in the pocket. When he returns to the laundromat he finds the mysterious man waiting for him.

Other cast members include: Stiaan Smith, Nico Panagio, Tim Theron, Simoné Nortmann and Leandie du Randt Bosch.

The film releases in SA cinemas on Friday, 8 December.
