This local dance film gives us serious You Got Served vibes

Cape Town – Get ready for a hot new South African dance film. 

Pop, Lock 'n Roll stars Maruice Page, Yasirah Bhelz, Lionel Newton, Jason Meyer and Robyn Brophy.

Directed by Ziggy Hofmeyr and written by Steven Pillemer the story centres on Raps (Page) an ambitious dancer from Westbury.

He gets a lucky break and rises as a professional entertainer, but his life takes a drastic change when he falls in love with the trophy wife of the gangster-come-producer who’s making his career.

The soundtrack will feature songs by Sketchy Bongo and Da L.E.S.
