WATCH: Chris Rock's first Oscars promo is out!

Los Angeles – This year’s Academy Awards host Chris Rock says the Oscars is a little bit like New Years Eve.

The 50-year-old comedian returns to host the awards show which will be held on 28 February for the second time. 

In the first promo ad for the biggest night of the awards season Chris, decked out in host attire tells viewers to tune in to the show because it’s like New Year’s Eve.

In the clip he says, “Much like New Year’s Eve, it will be a night that ends with a lot of drunk, disappointed people.”
