Cape Town – The fight between man and ape continues in the latest instalment of the reboot Planet of the Apes.
The first trailer for War for the Planet of the Apes has just been released and it looks to be an epic showdown.
In the clip Caesar's (Andy Serkis) can be heard saying, "I did not start this war, I offered you peace I showed you mercy."
What follows is a gunfight when soldiers enter a cave inhabited by apes.
In the next few minutes glimpses we see glimpses of Colonel (Woody Harrelson) as he vows to save mankind.
