Cape Town - We got down with the Mother City's dopest female rappers and DJs at Boogie Boutique on Saturday, 27 August.
Once a month, on the last Saturday, Boogie Boutique breathes new life into the Cape Town hip-hop scene. August's theme was "Women's Month" and this month's instalment saw a stellar all-female line-up hit the Creative Nestling in Long Market street.
From breaking it down on the dance floor, to socialising with like-minded creatives and admiring the amazing artwork on display. There was definitely something for everyone!
The event was headlined by top female rappers, Rouge and Patty Monroe, supported on the decks by Ruthy Pearl, Floyu, Lady Venom and Dope St Jude.
